• Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. The email link opens in your browser; finish there, then sign in again in the app.
• Delete your account: from your account page. It is immediate and permanent.

Use the report option in the chat. A moderator reads every report. For anything urgent, email support@galaro.app.

Check that notifications are allowed for Galaro in your phone's Settings, and that alerts are switched on inside the game's own settings. Still nothing? Email support@galaro.app.
